There is Power in a testimony! Rev 12:11
On Christmas day, as I was watching my grandson putting his Christmas toys together and my daughter cleaning up the kitchen.
The Spirit of the Lord spoke to me. He said, "if I did not reverse the curse in your mother's womb." "You would not be here enjoying this moment." "This moment would not exist."
My heart began to praise and thank him for all he has done!
To make a long story short, about 10 years ago. I was visiting my grandmother who was in a nursing home. As I walked into the nursing home and down the hall, I saw a woman in a geri chair who was extremely disabled from birth. She could not talk or do for herself. As I walked by her, the Spirit of the Lord spoke to me. "This could have been you." My heart sank and I didn't understand what the Spirit of the Lord was telling me. As I was leaving the nursing home. I looked for the woman but she was gone. I thought the reason the Spirit said this was perhaps I was complaining about myself and ask the Lord to forgive me.
Well, I've visited my grandmother several times since then. And about five weeks later, I went into the nursing home, as I walked down the hall, I saw this same woman who was disabled from birth. She was sitting in the exact location, same position, same clothing. As I walked around her.
The Spirit of The Lord said, “This could have been you!” I thought to myself the Spirit of The Lord is trying to tell me something. It was a deja vu moment. I made my visit short with my grandmother so I could go home and seek the Lord. As I was leaving, I looked for the woman, she was gone.
When I returned home. I got on my living room floor and prayed and asked the Lord what he was trying to tell me? What are you saying to me?
The Spirit of the Lord said, "I reversed the curse in your mother womb."
Jeremiah 1:5 says, Before you were born I sanctified you; I ordained you a prophet to the nations.
I just wept and thanked him for all he has done in my life. There are disabilities on both sides of my family.
The power of a testimony is never-ending.
